E - Picture Library Network is a marketing and distribution system for picture libraries. Individual photographers' work is considered for marketing by our partner agencies ("Affiliates"). Register first on line and then submit images.
This is an effective marketing solution for picture suppliers, including photographers, illustrators and stock picture libraries, to host high resolution, digital scans of their stock pictures on a fast, efficient web server. Individual identities are retained.
E - Picture Library on line administration is relatively simple to use (and plenty of friendly help is available via email for the technophobes!). Nevertheless we are striving to improve the system and it is currently under review and reprogramming. We apologise for any delays.
All Picture Suppliers retain a great deal of control of their pictures at E - Picture Library through your own, password protected administration area. The progress of your pictures and sales information is viewable on line.
You have the option to allow all picture libraries in the network to market your images or you may appoint a particular picture library as your exclusive agent in a country (this can relate to a particular submission - not necessarily to all your pictures). To learn more, click “Join Now” on the Task bar, scroll down to “Become a Picture Supplier” and then click on “Click here to discover more”.
The images on this site are all copyright & may only be reproduced after payment of the quoted fee for reproduction rights to our Affiliated Sales Agent.
All pictures are professionally edited. This process ensures the high quality of the images available through E - Picture Library's Agents (Affiliated Picture Libraries).
Royalty Free & Rights Managed images are marketed through E - Picture Library Network
Royalty Free - Publishers & designers using images in brochures, books & magazines use Royalty Free images to save having to predetermine exact details of use, print run etc.. They may re-use an image without the need to re-negotiate the price. Royalty Free images may be purchased by many different customers at the same time. Price is determined by file size requested.
Rights Managed - The price for use of Rights Managed images is based on the use details including country or countries of the publication, media, print run, size and duration of use. Records are kept of all uses, facilitating the option for customers to pay for the degree of industry exclusivity desired.
Photographers may market some pictures as “Rights Managed” & others “Royalty Free”. Royalty Free images must be kept in a separate submission from Rights Managed images.
Picture Libraries can use E - Picture Library as a distribution service for providing their images to international agents with which they have an agreement. Entire catalogues of pictures can be uploaded onto E - Picture Library & ava |
