E - Picture Library Network is a marketing and distribution system for picture libraries. Individual photographers' work is considered for marketing by our partner agencies ("Affiliates"). Register first on line and then submit images.
This is an effective marketing solution for picture suppliers, including photographers, illustrators and stock picture libraries, to host high resolution, digital scans of their stock pictures on a fast, efficient web server. Individual identities are retained.
E - Picture Library on line administration is relatively simple to use (and plenty of friendly help is available via email for the technophobes!). Nevertheless we are striving to improve the system and it is currently under review and reprogramming. We apologise for any delays.
All Picture Suppliers retain a great deal of control of their pictures at E - Picture Library through your own, password protected administration area. The progress of your pictures and sales information is viewable on line. You have the option to allow all picture libraries in the network to market your images or you may appoint a particular picture library as your exclusive agent in a country (this can relate to a particular submission - not necessarily to all your pictures). . E - Picture Library is run from Alderney, Guernsey in the British Channel Islands. Guernsey enjoys special status within the European Community. It has comprehensive company laws based largely on the British legal system and affords a high level of consumer protection through its fair trading standards. It has the advantage of being free of sales and transaction taxes. So no VAT or sales tax is levied on purchases and no withholding tax is deducted from payments made to Picture Suppliers and Affiliates in respect of on line sales.
E - Picture Library’s management has 30 years’ consecutive experience in the picture library industry, and of off-shore regulated business.
